1) How Can we get to “Altos del Pastaza rainforest” Lodge?
You can get it for Land and air
2) How long will it take from Quito to “Altos del Pastaza rainforest” Lodge?
From Quito the capital it just takes approximately 5 1/2 hours by car, 35 minutes by plane to get to our Lodge (Lets us know of you if you like to flight to the Lodge)
From Baños, it will take you approximately 1 ½ hour.
Our staff will be waiting for you at Quito international airport and at Bus Terminal in “Puyo” city and transport you to our lodge, according to your package
3) What type of electricity does the Lodge has?
We do have electricity in every room, where you can recharge any electronic equipment our voltage is 110 Watts.
4) What doesn’t include in the package?
Drinks, laundry services, local and international flights, additional transfers, excursion in other cities, phone calls, medical insurance, tips.

6) Any restriction for our luggage?
Most of bus Companies can transport your luggage; if you booked with us we will be in charge to transport your belongings to our Lodge

There are not restrictions for person with physical disabilities and senior citizens, we will assist you in any single way, so these particular guests can enjoy our rainforest, we can accommodate modified excursions accordingly for them, but they welcome to bring any personal assistant, like maids, nurses, etc
8) Can I make a Phone Call?

9) Are you personnel training in basic life support- Fist aids?
Our personnel has been trained on Basic life support (BSL), and we do have a First aids station to act accordingly, In case of any emergency our personnel can transport you to the “Voz Andes “hospital in Shell town, a missionary hospital with North American standards
10) What happened in is a serious Medical condition?
"Voz Andes" hospital from "Shell" town, a missionary hospital with North American standards, will take of you, they hay an air ambulance service to transport to Quito medical centers in case if needed.
11) Is there any Vegetarian menu or other (Diabetic menu)?
Yes, can handle that, but you must let us know in advance.
12) Is your water safe to drink?
Our drinkable water comes from natural springs and is purified for use in food preparation and in all other areas of the lodge. We provide you a bottle water in your suite.
13) Can I get buy any local artisanry?
We have a small Handicraft shop with a variety of, T-shirts, hats, jams, and coffee mugs, but you can buy from local artisanry and handicrafts, ceramics during excursion to local Indian communities; We have as well basic supplies such as insect repellent and toothpaste, over the counter medication. Shop hours are posted on the door of the shop and in the information sheet in your suite.
14) What kind of guides do you have?
We do have native guides with full knowledge of the rainforest; we do also have bilingual (English-Spanish) guides for groups where you will be escorted from Quito international airport and during all activities until your departure according to your package. We may get a guide in another language, for group of guest of 20 or more, but we need to know in advance .
15) Are your beds long enough?
If you are taller (height) than South American average our accommodation is prepared for that, we do have beds 240 cm long, so you really can enjoy a very comfortable rest.
16) Any information about other Tourist attractions in Ecuador?
We can recommended experience travel agencies, where they can guaranty your enjoyment in other places, in Ecuador and south America, We do have a luxury package which includes the Cotopaxy Volcano, Baños city, our lodge Package; The Devil’s Nose Train Ride in Riobamba, Ingapirca Inca ruins in Canar, Cuenca city tour and the Galapagos island. 17) What about Malaria?
There isn’t any malaria issues in the area where the Lodge is located according to reports of Health Department on “Malaria control”. We suggest follow of diseases control (CDC) recommendations when you visit a tropical country.
