The lodge is located in the Central Rainforest of Ecuador, near “Hola Vida” reserve; Pastaza province, its entrance: Km 16 route Puyo-Macas Cities. Our unique rainforest reserve and lodge is located on the upper Amazon basin overlooking the majestic “Pastaza” River, where you also can appreciated beside our reserve, Sangay national park, as well “Sangay, Altar, and Tungurahua” Volcanoes. You also will have the chance see the merge of “Puyo” River over the Majestic “Pastaza” River and Indian communities.
“ALTOS DEL PASTAZA” RAINFOREST RESERVE AND LODGE is scattered on our 96 hectares of primary rainforest, where we have protected and remains intact from centuries. We have native guides with jungle experience and good knowledge of Basic life support.
We have excursions of 3 and 4 days, where you can appreciate besides our reserve of 96 acres of preserve primary rainforest, the “Hola Vida” reserve’s waterfall, as well local Indigenous communities, boat rivers rides, jungle hiking, where you will have the opportunity to observe the flora and fauna of this incredible ecosystem.
